You know...

Since yesterday was Valentine's Day, I did an awful lot of thinking.

3 years ago I was in a horrible marriage.
2 years ago I was freshly divorced (less than a month) and so damn happy to be on my own. Just me, my pets and that's it.
1 year ago I was blah. Where was I? Divorced and it was just me and my pets. What had seemed so fun before now kinda sucked.
Now, I have a great man in my life. We are buying a house. Eveyrhting is great.

Except I am having a hard time with everything. Not with the house or with Mark. But with me.

How do you escape this feeling? I can think of a million reasons why I love Mark. But only a handful of why I love me.

Or if you're me, a combination of all 4.

Get rid of that stinkin' thinking! Whenever you feel like that, force yourself to make a list of 5 things you like about yourself. It will make you feel a lot better.
