Easy Breezy - and good - Recipe

I cook this all the time. Super easy. House smells great.

Chicken Manicotti

1 package of chicken breasts (or chicken tenders. I prefer the chicken breasts cuz chicken tenders have those nasty ligaments hanging from them and it makes me gag to cut them off)
1 jar spaghetti sauce
3/4 cup water
1 package manicotti shells
Package of Mozzerella cheese

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix water in with spaghetti sauce in a bowl.

Pour 1/3 the water/sauce mix into the bottom of a lasagna pan (glass)

Slice chicken breasts in thin strips so they fit into the shells.

Put chicken into shells and place into glass pan.

Pour remaining sauce over top.

Bake 1 hour.

At end of hour, remove and top with mozzerella cheese.

Bake for 5 minutes.

Serve. I usually serve with a giant salad and fresh french bread.

I've made many variations of this. Added fresh spinach wrapped around chicken before putting in the shells. Added minced garlic with it.

It tastes even better the next day! :)

The best thing about this is takes about 10 minutes to prepare so I can do other stuff while its baking. Really is a super easy dish.
