Engagement Ring

Spoke to Zales today.

They found another one of my same ring at a Zales in San Marcos. Apparantly buying a ring on clearance means there aren't a heck of a lot of them left.

I don't care.

I get an engagement ring (not my original one - does that matter???) back on Saturday, or Sunday at the latest.

I looooooooovvvvveeeeee my engagement ring.

Oh yeah - and I have lost track of hours since cigarettes. But it's been since sometime on Sunday.

My will power sucks. When a craving comes on, I either get really snarky (i.e. - a complete B*ITCH) or I bother my co-workers/Mark on the phone/my animals. I thought these moments would get further apart but nah....they are closer together. I am hoping I don't become one giant bothersome, snarky b*tch.

I know it's hard to do without cigarettes. Just think of how much prettier your left hand will look without cigarette hands!!

And I want to see this ring in person, babe!!!! xoxo

Keep up the smokeless hours...Your left hand (and boobies) will be grateful!

I just quit smoking in January, so I feel your pain. It really does get better. My husband and I used the gum to get us over the worst of it. I can now say that I'm 4 months smoke free, and it feels great. Hold on! Oh, we also smoked for 15 (me) and 20 (him) years.

Just caught up on your blog. So happy that you got your replacement ring - no I don't think it matters that it's not the original. Praise God that you don't have cancer. So glad you got moved finally. Now comes the fun part... unpacking. Ugh. Good luck with that.
